A Celebration of Life after a direct cremation is a special, authentic and unique way to honour and remember your loved one without the formality of a traditional funeral service beforehand. A celebration of life gives family and friends the opportunity to gather at a later date, in a venue of your choice (from your home, outdoors to village halls – anywhere can work) to reflect, share memories, and celebrate their life.

I work with you to create a personalised ceremony that truly reflects your loved one’s personality, values, and story. allowing everyone to grieve, remember, and celebrate in a way that feels authentic. Whether your gathering is intimate or large, traditional or unconventional, I ensure the ceremony is deeply personal, often joyful and a profound reflection of the life being honoured.

Living Eulogies

A Living Eulogy is a beautiful way to honour someone’s life while they can still hear and feel the love, gratitude, and admiration of family and friends. It’s a moment to reflect on their achievements, values, and the joy they bring to those around them.

A living Eulogy allows loved ones to share heartfelt words, stories, and memories in a genuine, connected and uplifting ceremony. It’s a chance to celebrate a person’s unique essence, strengthen bonds, and create lasting, treasured memories—all while they are here to experience it.

How I Support You

I provide compassionate, personalised guidance every step of the way to create a bespoke ceremony:

  • Initial Meeting: I meet with you to hear your loved one’s life story and understand what they meant to you and the type of celebration that you wish for them.
  • Personalised Ceremony: I craft a ceremony that reflects their personality, values, and legacy, including music, readings, poems, and personal touches.
  • Eulogy Support: I can assist with writing or reviewing a eulogy, offering guidance and support to ensure it truly honours your loved one.
  • On the Day: I arrive early to prepare, support you throughout the service, and work closely with any venues and attendees to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • After the Ceremony: I remain available to assist at any time. 
  • Prices start at £260 – £350+ dependent on venue, length and time of the week. 
  • Eulogy Writing only is also available (no delivery). Price on request.
